Family Friendly New Year’s Eve Activities
If young ones are in your party, consider bringing in 2013 with “New Year’s Annapolis”, a great event for the whole family. This event is based on the well-known alcohol-free “first night” concept in which attendees participate in activities that are safe and fun for all ages.
This year’s “New Year’s Annapolis” event begins at 3 p.m. at our City Dock and starts with kid-friendly entertainment with a “New Year’s Around the World” theme. An early fireworks display takes place at the Dock at 7:30 p.m., followed by a “Party on the Dock” with the 8 Ohms Band at 8 p.m.
The festivities continue at 10 p.m. when the Higher Hands Band plays, followed with a grand fireworks display at midnight.
“New Year’s Annapolis” is free and open to the public.
