That’s why the U.S. General Service Administration’s 2012 Annapolis per diem rates of $101 (January through April) and $116 (May through September) will go so far in Annapolis hotels. The per diem rate also includes $61 for meals and other incidentals, making the total for Annapolis per day rates $162 or $177, depending on the time of year the stay occurs.
